4-H teams place in contest

Crockett County—Crockett County 4-H members delivered a strong performance at the Real County Range and Plant Identification Contest, earning top team finishes in every division and a long list of individual honors.
Competing against youth from across the region, Crockett County participants demonstrated a deep understanding of range management and plant identification, skills that are central to agriculture and natural resource stewardship.
Consistent success across divisions
Crockett County teams showed impressive consistency throughout the contest, placing second in the junior, intermediate and senior divisions.
The across-the-board team finishes reflect the group’s preparation, teamwork and dedication to mastering the material.
The results highlight individual effort and the strength of the county’s 4-H program.
Individuals stand out
Several Crockett County competitors earned top individual honors in a highly competitive field.
Grey Pierce led the group with a second-place high individual finish. Lundyn Williams followed in third, while Liam Morrow placed fourth and Legend Morrow finished fifth.
Ryker Dean earned sixth place, Luke Stuart placed seventh, Liberty Williams finished eighth and Lincoln Morrow rounded out the top performers with ninth high individual.
In the senior division, Klacey Dean secured fourth-place high individual honors. Justin Stuart placed eighth, and Lawson Williams completed the standings for Crockett County with a 10th-place finish.
