Brownwood—Crockett County 4-H member Christian Perner turned in a strong performance at the Texas 4-H Shooting Extravaganza, earning a second-place finish in state competition.
Perner competed in the Junior Light Rifle division at the event, held Saturday in Brownwood, where he placed among top shooters from across Texas.
The Texas 4-H Shooting Extravaganza brings together youth participants from around the state to test their skills in marksmanship while emphasizing discipline and dedication to the sport.
Perner’s accomplishment reflects his hard work and commitment to the 4-H shooting sports program.
