Dennis B Newby 78, of Ozona passed away on May 16, 2024.

Dennis was surrounded by his family and friends and most importantly, his wife.

He took his last breath while holding hands with his loving wife.

He was a Veteran of the Viet Nam War and served proudly in the United States Marine Corps.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Selena, daughter Heidi (Mike) Weddle, sons Guy Newby, Dean (Miriam) McCarnes, and Felipe (Laisha) Irlas. Grandchildren Jonathan Weddle, Jessica Nelson, Jeremiah Sky, Zachariah Newby, Josh and William McCarns. He is also survived by a very special nephew who he looked after as his own, Andrew S Galindo. Dennis is survived by his sister Joni (George) Breland, David (Jodi) Newby, and Dan (Barbara) Newby, and in-laws Leti (Johnny) Porras and Selma Metzger.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents Roy and Joan Newby, sister Judy Newby, and father-in-law, Andrew O Galindo.
