Ozona Bank surprised with award

Ozona–The Ozona Bank was recognized for making a difference in the success of the mission of the West Texas Rehabilitation Center (WTRC). 

The bank received the Shelley V. Smith award. The award is named for the founder of the WTRC. The award recognizes the commitment of community partners who share Shelley's philosophy that all who need rehabilitation care will receive it at WTRC regardless of financial circumstance.”
