Ozona—Three young members from the Crockett County 4-H competed in the District 6 Outdoor Challenge held in Big Spring on Tuesday, Oct. 12. This event brought together youth from across the district to test their skills in various outdoor and shooting disciplines.
The Crockett County participants competed in archery, air rifle, biologist skills, and outdoor skills. Each event tested their accuracy, knowledge, and technique, giving them a platform to showcase their dedication.
“The Outdoor Challenge is a great way for these young people to apply the skills they’ve been building,” Rebecca Taylor, a Crockett County Extension agent, said. “We’re incredibly proud of each participant and the dedication they showed in preparing for this competition.”
