Crockett County 4-H shines at range evaluation contests

Crockett County—Crockett County 4-H members showcased their skills and dedication at the Range Evaluation Contest in Gatesville, TX, bringing home awards. The team, consisting of Klacey Dean, Ryker Dean, Justin Stuart, and Luke Stuart, earned second place overall.
Klacey stood out individually, placing second and receiving a monetary prize to support her future endeavors.
Klacey, Ryker and Lawson Williams also competed at the Real County Contest on Mar. 29. The group secured first place in Range Evaluation and second place in Plant Identification.
Individually, Klacey placed second in Plant ID and fifth in Range, while Ryker placed second in Range.
These 4-H members demonstrated outstanding knowledge and dedication to range evaluation and plant identification.
