Ozona–Ozona Bank is announcing a strategic leadership transition as Kelly Barclay assumes the role of chief executive officer (CEO). In her new role, Barclay will focus on steering the bank’s long-term vision and growth strategy, ensuring the continued strength and sustainability of the organization.
Joining the Bank as president is Tommy Forsythe, a seasoned leader in community banking with more than 30 years of industry experience. Forsythe brings a wealth of knowledge, a strong track record of leadership, and a deep commitment to community focused banking. As president, he will work closely with the bank’s leadership team to advance key strategic initiatives, including enhancing digital capabilities, improving customer experiences, and investing in employee development. Mr. Forsythe will also serve as an advisory director for the Bank.
