Arrests:

Elias Delacruz of Ozona, Texas, was arrested for Burglary of Habitation Intend Other Felony, Kidnapping, Assault Causing Bodily Injury, and Criminal Mischief. Delacruz was arraigned, bond set, and remains in custody.
